Peter took the boys and a couple of their friends to an archery park where they could learn to shoot arrows safely and with good form. They all did very well and of course begged to go back next weekend!

Jerome, one week away from getting his cast removed… He insisted he could still ride! Tapo Canyon Park Jerome only needed a little help because of his cast. I’m told some people purposefully plaster their arms for shooting arrows. Good friends and neighbors! Collecting arrows at three whistles. Taking places on the line at two whistles. And shooting on one whistle. Right before it was time to go Seth decided he wanted a chance to shoot, too. Daddy helped him. And he actually made a pretty good shot! Thank you Peter for the fun times! Um, ok. So we went to a craft store on our way home and the boys found face paints. They got into them right away and had a blast drawing on each other… Then they decided they wanted to play in the pool which Jerome hasn’t been in for two weeks, and I was hoping it would help wash some of that stuff off. Nope, not hardly. And Peter wrapped Jerome’s cast. It was not wet from the pool, just sweat. They had a great day! And the face paint got more and more elaborate!
